• 2012. 12 Opening preparation team for National Hangeul Museum was set up

• 2014. 2 On February 17, the organization of National Hangeul Museum was established.
•   3 On March 5, the director of National Hangeul Museum was appointed.
•   10 On October 9, National Hangeul Museum opened to the public.
